he Flour Factory is bringing back the Vegan Ginner this August. It is back by popular demand, the four course vegan dinner has the option to be paired with vegan gin parings, need we say more!

Head Chef Jade Jones has curated a luscious dinner, including: 

Course 1: 

Ciabatta, Great Southern Groves Olive Oil. 

Course 2:

Spiced cauliflower, chickpea, curry leaf. Snake bean, shitake, miso. Paired with with West Winds Sabre and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, ginger, lemon, cracked pepper.​​​​​​​​

Course 3:

Pumpkin, couscous, baby onion, cinnamon​​​​​​​​. With Broccolini, sesame, lemon​​​​​​​​ and crispy potatoes as sides. Paired with Larios and Fever-Tree aromatic tonic, curry leaf, cassia​​​​​​​​.

Course 4: 

Ginger steamed pudding, custard​​​​​​​​ paired with Wild Road Citrus Mistress w/ Fever-Tree elderflower tonic, raspberry, lime, juniper​​​​​​​​.
