Local Perth bar reaches for the roof(top) launching their very own local gin

Staying in this winter has been the easy choice. Although off the back of a string of snap lockdowns, the local Perth bar strips have seen better days.

After spending months on end indoors, a lot of us are looking for a reason to head out, and this could be one of the best reasons to hit up Murray St this month.

Local rooftop bar Prince Lane is celebrating their latest collaboration with Australian gin brand Archie Rose, with the limited range Prince Lane Tailored Gin.

Prince Lane is the first venue in Australia to participate in a takeover by Archie Rose, Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. Together, they have created a “Signature Serves” menu which includes five Archie Rose core and limited release gins and Original Vodka each paired with a Fever-Tree flavoured tonic and fruit garnish. The cocktail jug selection has also been updated with three deliciously refreshing options perfect for the warmer weather. The rooftop bar and deck have been redecorated in a native floral theme, with the addition of planter boxes, outdoor umbrellas and artwork featuring photographs of Archie Rose products. 

Prince Lane and Archie Rose Distilling Co. have collaborated on a number of gin events including Bottomless Brunch on the Rooftop and Gin & Oysters. With spring on the way, they are planning a Spring Gin Masterclass and another instalment of Gin & Oysters.
