These sustainability-focused beachside community markets offer a variety of market stalls and activities so you can revel in the balmy ocean breeze, sink your feet into the sand and watch the waves while shopping.

Indulge in the delectable selection of food and drinks, as well as stunning handmade merchandise from skilled, passionate artisans and designers.

Soothing, mellow music will also be playing so you can soak in the atmosphere to shop while feeling relaxed. 

Other products which are up for sale are surfboards and ocean-friendly products that bring out the best of the beachy lifestyle and surfing experience. For all the surf lovers out there, spruce up your surfboard - your best buddy and biggest sidekick during the summer - with local surfboard shapers!

Take your taste buds on a ride with tantalising food and drinks amongst a variety of market stalls, juice carts and food trucks! Keep your eyes peeled for delicacies featured in previous markets, such as ice cream - to beat the heat - while savouring other finger-licking foods.

Keep an eye out for Delish Ice’s flavoursome, colourful ice cream on December 7 - their ice cream is a treat for both the eyes and tastebuds!

Take the chance to shop for Christmas gifts or festive stocking fillers with a thoughtful touch to surprise your loved ones, while supporting environmentally-friendly Perth businesses!

One of the plethora of businesses that will be at the markets is Native Spirit Oils, which offers quality skincare and health products. 

If the metropolitan rat race and the summer heat has been getting to you, let the sound of the lapping waves wash away your stress with some free yoga and meditation before the markets. 

Soothe your soul with guided meditation and breath work from 7 - 8am and let loose with yoga sessions from 8 - 9am, hosted by Samantha from Yab Yum Yoga and Stu from The Yoga Garage Perth. (Register for your free ticket here) 

Allow yourself some time to breathe and entertain the kids by dropping them off to get crafty at the kids’ workshops, run by the Kids Nature Club. The upcoming market on December 7 features ocean painting, while the market on December 21 will offer sessions on creating gumnut Christmas ornaments. 

People of all ages may also brighten up their day with new giant lawn games. 

If you’d love to take your dog for a spin while shopping and strolling along the shoreline, the markets welcome you. Let your furry friend splash around and cool off with a relaxing paddle amongst the glimmering waves, while letting the waves lap at your feet to ward off the heat. 

Best of all, the markets are a single-use plastic-free event and abide by a waste management system to reduce waste. You are welcome to bring your own bags to contain your shopping and cutlery, cups, plates and bowls to add to the sustainability effort.

Dive into the fun at Clarko Reserve, Trigg, from 9am - 1pm. The last two markets for the rest of the year are on December 7 and 21, so take the chance to finish off the year with a shopping trip by the beach and Instagram worthy shots!
